Workout during pregnancy does not have to be a chore! Celebrate your changing body and take time for yourself with our training sessions that are specifically designed for pregnant women of all fitness levels in mind. Enjoy a variety of safe exercises, including small weights and prenatal exercise ball. You will also receive information on relaxation, comfort measures and breathing techniques as well as tools that will help you communicate with your caregivers effectively.

This class will help you stretch and strengthen the muscles that you need to meet the demands of motherhood. In this class you will learn how to open your chest and shoulders – especially important for new mamas who are nursing frequently and carrying their newborns. You will also tone your upper back, lower back and your entire body. You will learn how to strengthen your pelvic floor after birth and proper lifting and carrying mechanics. Bring your baby along and connect with other moms while working out in a fun and safe environment! Baby must be pre-crawler.
